At Wide Fit Shoes, we want to ensure you find the perfect fit for your comfort; if your footwear isn't quite right, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition and include the original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Footwear
Place the shoes in their original box and secure them inside a mailing bag or outer carton to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal or use the provided QR code at your nearest drop-off location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange size within 5-7 business days.
